• Takes orders, serves beverages, totals charges, and accepts payments. Responds to guest requests for amenities.
• Provides high-level customer service, fostering a fun and entertaining experience for guests and team members.
• Maintains a professional, clean, and well-groomed appearance according to standards.
• Answers questions about Hollywood’s operations when asked.
• Offers friendly, quick, and professional service to guests and colleagues.
• Keeps service wells clean and free of debris.
• Stays visible at assigned stations with an approachable demeanor.
• Follows policies and procedures.
• Prepares and serves drinks within guidelines: beverage round time of 10 minutes or less, timely service, and clean stations.
• Accepts payments and provides accurate change.
• Notifies a supervisor if a guest appears intoxicated.
• Prepares service wells for shifts by completing opening and closing duties.
• Maintains safety awareness and responds to emergencies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Must speak and understand English.
• Strong guest service skills.
• Ability to walk for extended periods.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
