Job summary

Autocar Parts LLC in Louisville, KY is seeking an Operations Coordinator for the second shift to keep customer orders moving and support after-hours fulfillment.

You will coordinate orders, track deliveries, resolve issues, and work with warehouse teams to meet service commitments. This on-site role runs Monday–Friday 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, offering a high-impact, growth-oriented environment with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse operations, logistics, transportation, inventory, or supply chain.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and a collaborative, customer-focused approach.
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor same-day and expedited orders through to delivery.
• Track courier activity and resolve delivery exceptions.
• Coordinate after-hours customer pickups and will-call orders.
• Prioritize orders with warehouse staff to meet service commitments.
• Investigate delivery issues and fulfillment exceptions.
• Support cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and warehouse location validation.
• Maintain item data such as weights, dimensions, and attributes.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports and escalation summaries.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to reduce costs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
