Autocar Parts is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support second-shift operations in Louisville, KY. You will coordinate after-hours order fulfillment, track same-day and expedited deliveries, resolve operational issues, and support warehouse activities.

Candidates should have 2+ years in warehouse logistics, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Teams. ERP/WMS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, transportation, inventory, or supply chain.
• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative, customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Monitor same-day and expedited customer orders through successful delivery.
• Track Roadie, courier, and local delivery activity and resolve delivery exceptions.
• Coordinate after-hours customer pickups and will-call orders.
• Partner with warehouse personnel to prioritize orders and meet service commitments.
• Investigate and resolve delivery issues, shortages, and fulfillment exceptions.
• Support cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and warehouse location validation.
• Maintain item data, including product weights, dimensions, and attributes.
• Assist with customer, vendor, and product data cleanup projects.
• Prepare end-of-shift operational reports and escalation summaries.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Operations Coordinator

What You Bring

• Monday through Friday, typically 2:00 PM-10:00 PM, with flexibility based on business needs.
