Job summary

LINAK Louisville is seeking a Warehouse Associate I for the 2nd shift (2:00 pm–10:30 pm, Mon–Fri). The role focuses on receiving, packing, auditing sales orders, loading outbound shipments, and general warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment.

The job requires palletized material handling, RF scanning, and adherence to 6S and safety protocols. Training and benefits are provided for a long-term role with room to grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior warehouse experience and familiarity with handheld scanners is preferred.
• Must be familiar with Forklifts and Reach Truck operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support internal flow of raw materials and finished goods.
• Support Inventory and Warehouse management.
• Perform required daily inspections of powered equipment.
• Apply First-In-First-Out method to all orders.
• Communicate any discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Complete daily 6S of assigned areas.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Follow all registered DPW and SPW instructions.
