Job summary

You will monitor same-day and expedited orders, track carriers, resolve delivery issues, and collaborate with warehouse staff to meet service commitments.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in warehouse/logistics, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel/Outlook/Teams; ERP/WM experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory, or supply chain.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and a collaborative, customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Teams; ERP/warehouse systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure on-time processing of same-day and expedited orders.
• Track carrier activity and resolve delivery exceptions.
• Coordinate after-hours pickups and will-call orders.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to prioritize orders and meet service commitments.
• Investigate delivery issues, shortages, and fulfillment exceptions.
• Support cycle counts, inventory accuracy and location validation.
• Prepare end-of-shift operational reports and escalation summaries.
• Identify process improvements to reduce costs.
