Job summary

Bosch Homecomfort is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead HVAC sales across Louisiana, driving share of market growth for York Factory Direct and JCI portfolio. You will guide a motivated team, build distributor relationships, and manage pricing, promotions, and credit lines to maximize profitability.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in HVAC sales, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel the state.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent industry experience.
• 4+ years of HVAC sales experience.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout Louisiana.
• Strong communication, listening and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop local market sales providing guidance, training, and support to exceed annual financial plan and SOM growth targets.
• Contribute as part of the Area Leadership team, developing business strategy and growth plans.
• Lead market pricing to realize margin growth.
• Manage Dealer programs, product offering, price, promotion, etc.
• Build and grow key distributor relationships to support York Unitary Products and related lines.
• Manage local line card of non-JCI products to meet customer project needs.
• Identify profitable growth opportunities with York Direct Marketing Manager guidance.
• Develop and implement marketing programs to drive SOM growth, including advertising and co-op initiatives.
• Coordinate with Area Operations to ensure inventory turns and transaction accuracy.
• Work with Area Director on market planning and area support.
• Coordinate with JCI Business Center on customer credit lines and AR and cash flow.
