Job summary

Bosch is seeking an Area Director, Sales to lead a regional sales organization within a York Company Owned HVAC distribution network. You will drive revenue growth, expand market share, and elevate contractor loyalty across multiple branches with close alignment to operations and executive leadership.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in HVAC sales leadership, proven multi-location team management, and strong strategic planning skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• 10+ years of progressive HVAC distribution or HVAC manufacturing sales leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading multi-location sales organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve annual revenue targets.
• Drive profitable sales growth across residential, light commercial, and commercial HVAC product lines.
• Lead initiatives that increase equipment, parts, and accessory sales.
• Establish clear sales performance expectations and accountability measures.
