Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or 1-3 years related experience required or equivalent
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency with Windows and basic hardware/software concepts
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and move heavy equipment
• Willingness to work all shifts, overtime, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Repairs Lottery terminals and peripherals under direct supervision.
• Provide on-site and phone technical assistance.
• Ensure repaired equipment is reliable and upgrades are completed.
• Maintain inventory levels of terminals and parts at the site.
• Ship defective boards and sub-assemblies promptly.
• Enter repair data into Bench Repair database daily.
• Assist field staff with escalated service calls or events.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and maintain driving record.
