Qualifications

• An Associate's Degree in related field or 1-3 years of equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel.
• Ability to work all shifts, overtime, holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs and maneuver heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performs repair functions on Lottery terminal and peripherals under direct supervision.
• Provide technical assistance via phone and on-site support.
• Ensure upgrades (ECOs) are completed and repairs are reliable.
• Maintain inventory of terminals, peripherals, and consumables.
• Ship defective boards and equipment promptly.
• Enter repair data into Bench Repair database daily.
