Job summary

Brightstar Lottery is seeking a Lottery Field Services Technician to service retailer locations in Monterey County, CA. You will transport, install, and maintain equipment, ensuring reliable operation in the field.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer service and 1+ year in technical repairs, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. This on-site role includes driving, training retailers, and reporting activity to Dispatch.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience in customer service.
• 1+ year experience in technical repairs.
• Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and color vision.
• Physical requirements: climb a ladder, lift up to 50 lbs, and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Service equipment at retailer locations in Monterey County, CA; fieldwork and customer support.
• Transport, install, and maintain Brightstar equipment and supplies.
• Attend driver training and follow vehicle policy.
• Maintain equipment for continuous operation.
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment in the field.
• Communicate with Dispatch; report activity and resolutions.
• Deliver marketing supplies and track inventory.
• Provide basic training to retailers or refresher training.
• Complete primary forms for reporting activities.
