Job summary

Brightstar seeks a Lottery Field Services Technician in Saint Ignace, MI to service equipment at retailer locations and support field operations. This role involves transporting, installing, and maintaining Brightstar equipment, reporting activity to Dispatch, and delivering supplies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service.
• 2–3 years of experience in technical repairs.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record; color vision required.
• Ability to drive a 20ft box truck; CDL not required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Service equipment at retailer locations in MI, including installation and maintenance.
• Transport, replace parts, tools, and supplies in an organized manner.
• Report activity, times, and issue resolutions to Dispatch.
• Provide basic training to retailers on procedures and equipment usage.
• Complete primary forms for reporting and recommendations for improvements.
