Job summary

Brightstar Lottery in Madison, WI is seeking a Lottery Field Services Technician to service Brightstar equipment at retailer locations, joining our award-winning lottery services team.

You will install, repair, and maintain equipment, transport parts, and participate in training, with a focus on reliable field service, customer communication, and timely dispatch reporting.

This full-time role offers a company vehicle, comprehensive benefits, and a starting pay range of $19–$28 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service-related position.
• Background of at least one year in technical repair or a related hands-on field.
• Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company requirements.
• Capacity to distinguish colors correctly while installing, troubleshooting, or repairing equipment.
• Customer-focused communication skills and the ability to work effectively with retailers and Dispatch.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English is required

Responsibilities

• Transport, install (if applicable), and maintain Brightstar equipment, replacement parts, tools, and other equipment.
• Attend driver training and follow vehicle policy regarding company vehicles.
• Maintain equipment to promote continuous operation of Brightstar equipment.
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment to restore it to working order in the field and report details to Dispatch.
• Deliver marketing supplies and consumable parts and track inventory.
• Deliver basic training to new retailers or refresher training to retailers.
