Cox Automotive's Manheim Atlanta location is seeking a Supervisor, Lot Operations to lead the daily activities of the lot team and oversee vehicle movement from check-in to sale lanes. You will coordinate staff, ensure accuracy, and maintain safety and equipment compliance.

The role emphasizes strong supervision, customer service, and collaboration with Reconditioning, Check-in, Factory, and Fleet/Lease departments to prepare vehicles for auctions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–5 years in automotive/lot operations or related field may substitute for some education.
• 1+ year of supervision/leadership experience.
• 3+ years of lot operations experience preferred.
• Experience in automobile industry or Auction business preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; good computer/software knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily activities of lot personnel and oversee lot operations for the Auction.
• Direct workflow of check-in personnel, lane captains, and lot drivers to ensure efficient vehicle movement.
• Coordinate vehicle check-in, stocking, numbering, and parking in proper areas.
• Interact with customers to resolve problems and provide quality service.
• Inspect and maintain lot operations equipment; ensure safety and proper functioning.
• Monitor staffing levels and plan schedules to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Lead by example and enforce company policies and safety practices.
