Responsibilities

• Direct daily operation of the vehicle check-in area and coordinate driver workflows.
• Ensure efficient lot operation from check-in to sale staging and proper parking.
• Oversee vehicle intake, stocking, numbering and placement in zones.
• Provide quality service and resolve customer problems.
• Inspect and maintain lot operations equipment and ensure functionality.
• Supervise and schedule lot staff, approve work procedures and monitor performance.
• Counsel employees as needed and assist in performance evaluations.
• Organize vehicle placement within designated zones and move areas.
• Use supervisors' dashboards to make daily staging decisions.
• Lead safety initiatives and continuous improvement for vehicle movement.
• Move and stage vehicles safely to proper work destinations.
• Confirm operability of vehicles and coordinate service/tow as needed.
• Label vehicles to track movements and reduce rework.
• Communicate inventory status to leaders and set priorities.
• Model Cox/Manheim values and ensure respectful treatment of staff.
• Implement company policies related to conduct.
• Demonstrate safety commitment and compliance with health procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
