Job summary

Cox Automotive in College Park, GA is seeking a hands-on Lot Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily activities of lot personnel and ensure efficient staging and movement of vehicles through the sale lanes.

The role requires 1+ year in management and 3+ years in lot operations, strong communication, valid driver's license, and the ability to work Monday–Friday with possible weekends; salary $50,400–$75,600.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5 years in a related field, automotive shop preferred.
• 1+ year in management or lead role; 3+ years lot operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily lot operations to ensure efficiency before and after sale.
• Supervise vehicle check-in area workflow and lane activities.
• Coordinate movement of vehicles from check-in to sale lanes and proper parking.
• Provide quality service and resolve customer problems.
• Inspect and maintain lot operations equipment and safety.
• Monitor, plan, and adjust staffing to meet workload and KPIs.
• Lead and coach lot operations staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Enforce policies and ensure safety initiatives are followed.
