Job summary

Cox Automotive, based in the USA, is seeking a Supervisor for Lot Operations to oversee daily lot activities and ensure efficient staging and movement of vehicles through sales lanes.

The role involves supervising lot drivers and check-in staff, coordinating with reconditioning and fleet departments, and maintaining safety and quality of operations. Schedule: Tue–Sat, 7am–7pm (Sat 8am–5pm).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and five years of relevant experience in a related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree and three years of relevant experience in a related field. OR
• Master’s Degree and up to two years of relevant experience in a related field.
• Ph.D. and up to one year of relevant experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with lot operations daily to ensure efficient operations before and after sale.
• Supervise the daily operation of the vehicle check-in area and coordinate activities and workflow of lot personnel.
• Coordinate with reconditioning, check-in, factory, and fleet/lease departments to schedule and prepare vehicles for sale.
