Job summary

Cox Automotive–USA is seeking a Lot Operations Specialist II to coordinate lot operations at a Cox location on a day shift. This role requires supporting vehicle check-in, tagging, and data entry to track inventory effectively.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED with 3 years of related experience, or a higher degree/certification, and a valid driver’s license. On-site work only, with potential performance-based incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED plus 3 years of related work experience, OR any degree or certification above a High School diploma.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates Lot Operations activities for an assigned location.
• Handles vehicle check-in duties, ensuring proper identification stickers and labels are affixed and enters vehicle data into tracking systems.
• Conducts periodic scanning of vehicles to verify inventory and ensures vehicles are placed in proper order for sale.
• Tags and coordinates movement of disabled vehicles from staging area.
• Communicates with other units in the auction process to ensure coordinated staging efforts.
• Enters vehicle data into computer/data management system.
• Monitors vehicle movement through all processing within assigned quadrant.
• Conducts lane captain duties for regular, highline, 100 Grander and CCE Sales.
• Leads any bulk, staging or EV crew as needed and instructed by management.
