Job summary

CAI Cox Automotive Corp Svcs., LLC is seeking a Lot Operations Specialist II to work on-site at a Cox location in the United States. The role focuses on coordinating lot operations, vehicle check-in, and accurate data entry into tracking systems.

Responsibilities include tagging, staging vehicles for sale, and leading bulk or EV crews as directed by management. A High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of related experience and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED plus 3 years of related work experience.
• Any degree or certification above a High School Diploma/GED plus 1 year of related work experience.
• 5 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates Lot Operations activities for an assigned location.
• Handles vehicle check‑in duties, ensuring that all proper identification stickers and labels are properly affixed to arriving vehicles and entering vehicle identification information into company computer / tracking systems.
• Conducts periodic scanning of vehicles to verify assigned inventory.
• Ensures vehicles are placed in proper order for sale. Tags and coordinates movement of disabled vehicles from staging area.
• Communicates with other units in the auction process to ensure coordinated staging efforts.
• Enters vehicle data into computer / data management system.
• Monitors vehicle movement through all processing within assigned quadrant.
• Conducts lane captain duties for regular, highline, 100 Grander and CCE Sales.
• Leads any bulk, staging or EV crew as needed and instructed by management.
