Job summary

Cox Automotive – USA is hiring a Lot Operations Specialist II to coordinate location-based operations for vehicle processing. You will manage check-ins, labeling, data entry, and inventory verification to ensure orderly staging for sale.

The role requires hands-on leadership for lane captains and crews, with day shifts and no remote work. Prior related experience and a valid driver's license are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years related work experience, or a degree/certification above HS with 1 year related experience, or 5 years related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates Lot Operations activities for an assigned location.
• Handles vehicle check-in duties, affixes identification stickers and labels, and enters VIN into systems.
• Conducts periodic scanning to verify inventory and places vehicles in proper order for sale.
• Tags and coordinates movement of disabled vehicles from staging area.
• Communicates with other units to ensure coordinated staging.
• Enters vehicle data into computer/data management system.
• Monitors vehicle movement through processing within the quadrant.
• Conducts lane captain duties for regular, highline, 100 Grander and CCE Sales.
• Leads bulk, staging or EV crew as needed per management.
