Job summary

Cox Automotive in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Lot Operations Specialist II to manage on-site vehicle movement, driver coordination and daily operations. This full-time, on-site role focuses on efficient lot flow and safety compliance while ensuring proper vehicle staging and timely transportation to locations.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED with 3+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination including 5 years in the field, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with related field experience required.
• Alternative: any level degree/certification plus related experience or 5 years in the field.
• Valid driver’s license is required for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Orient and instruct new drivers about job duties and assist supervisor with work allocation.
• Coordinate vehicle movement and maintain stock/location logs for each vehicle.
• Communicate schedules to crew and act as lane leader on sale days.
• Transport vans/drivers to locations and ensure timely pick-up/drop-off.
• Maintain safety by following procedures and supporting Safety Excellence initiatives.
• Review workloads with management to ensure efficiency and quality service.
• Oversee overtime as needed and enforce company policies.
