Job summary

Cox Automotive is hiring for a Vehicle Operations Support Specialist II to help manage the key inventory for the lot. You will tag, release, update tags, and maintain the key log to support accurate sale preparation and smooth operations.

You will also manage temporary labor, check workers in/out, schedule shifts, and assign tasks while coordinating with management to maintain tracker inventory and ensure accurate billing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Tag keys and add to inventory
• Release keys
• Update key tags
• Maintain key log
• Prepare sales by coordinating key readiness
• Check in/out temporary workers
• Maintain time clock badges
• Schedule shifts and assign tasks
• Monitor and manage tracker inventory
• Coordinate with management to adjust inventory levels
• Return defective trackers to Cox2M and ensure accurate UI/billing
• Promote change and train departments on Lot Vision processes
• Participate in ICC calls and Lot Vision deployments
• Assist with Lot Vision deployments and support
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
