Cox Automotive is hiring a Lot Operations Specialist II to organize and manage vehicle placement across assigned zones. You will use dashboards and directions to prioritize movements, ensure safety, and maintain inventory accuracy with handheld devices.

You’ll handle data entry into AS/400, affix stock numbers, and report any damage. Starting as an on-site, day-shift role, you’ll work in a fast-paced automotive auction environment, interacting with customers and operations personnel while

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to use handheld technology.

Responsabilidades

• Organize and maintain vehicle placement within assigned zones.
• Prioritize vehicle movement using dashboards and management direction.
• Ensure safe and efficient movement of vehicles throughout the lot.
• Scan and stage vehicles with handheld devices to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Input vehicle information into AS/400 and handheld systems.
• Affix stock numbers and barcodes to vehicles on arrival.
• Report transportation damage and maintain a clean work area.
