Job summary

Holman Enterprises through Autopark Honda is seeking a Lot Attendant to maintain inventory, park and track vehicles, and support Sales and Service by ensuring smooth vehicle flow and a welcoming service drive.

You will assist customers, keep the lot organized, and coordinate with teams to ensure timely vehicle movement. A strong emphasis is placed on customer service and safety during operations.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Current valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Meet and greet clients in the service drive and assist as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet and Greet clients in the service drive.
• Tag incoming vehicles for proper tracking throughout the day.
• Park vehicles after advisor check in and pull them down after completion.
• Keep the service drive neat and traffic moving efficiently.
• Get vehicles to/from wash as needed.
• Keep track of completed waiting vehicles from wash to be pulled down in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and directing them to appropriate personnel.
