Job summary

Holman is seeking a Lot Attendant at Autopark Honda to keep inventory neat, assist service and sales teams, and ensure smooth vehicle flow through the dealership. The role focuses on customer-facing service in the service drive and requires proactive handling of vehicles and inquiries.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and outstanding customer service skills, with a 4-day rotating schedule Monday through Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Keep inventory neat and well maintained, ensuring vehicles are in proper places.
• Meet and greet clients in the service drive.
• Tag incoming vehicles for proper tracking.
• Park vehicles after advisor check-in and pull down after completion.
• Keep the service drive neat and traffic moving.
• Coordinate getting vehicles to/from wash as needed.
• Track completed waiting vehicles for timely pull-down.
• Provide excellent customer service and direct customers to the right person.
• Ensure safety and security of vehicles and premises, report issues to management.

Primary Responsibilities

• Our Lot Attendant is responsible for keeping inventory neat and well maintained, by also keeping the vehicles in proper places. Lot Attendants provide support to Sales or Service departments in maintaining all vehicles condition under the dealerships care and ensure all vehicle pathways maintain proper flow.
• Meet and Greet clients in the service drive
• Tag incoming vehicles for proper tracking throughout the day
• Park vehicles after advisor check in, pull vehicles down after vehicle completion when client arrives
• Keep the service drive neat and clean and traffic moving efficiently
• Get vehicles to/from wash as needed
• Keep track of completed waiting vehicles from wash to be pulled down in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, directing them to appropriate personnel, and ensuring their satisfaction
• Ensure the safety and security of vehicles, equipment, and premises, reporting any issues or concerns to management immediately

Hours

4-day work week would consist of a rotating schedule Monday to Saturday. Monday - Friday hours are 7AM to 6PM and Saturday from 7AM to 4PM.
