Job summary

Holman, a family-owned global automotive services organization, has an outstanding opportunity for a Service Advisor at AutoPark Honda to join the Holman family.

You will prepare service estimates, sell maintenance and related parts, schedule appointments, answer phones, and coordinate transportation while keeping the customer informed throughout the repair process. You will write detailed repair orders and provide cost analyses aligned with dealership policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Intermediate CDK or Reynolds and Reynolds software skills.
• 1 year experience in a service advisor role.

Responsibilities

• Prepares service estimates and sells routine maintenance/repair services.
• Schedules appointments and answers phones; collects funds for services performed.
• Presents multi-point inspection results and recommends maintenance.
• Communicates with customers during the repair process and arranges alternate transportation.
• Writes complete repair orders in line with dealership policies and OEM options.
• Provides cost analysis and ensures customer satisfaction per dealership standards.
