Job summary

Holman Enterprises, a family-owned automotive services organization, is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join AutoPark Honda in North Carolina. You will review and process transactions, ensure timely posting, and support the team with reconciliations.

The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to handle daily tasks from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Previous accounting coursework or office experience is valued, with opportunities for growth within the Holman family.

Qualifications

• Accounting coursework or previous office experience.
• Previous automotive retail experience preferred.
• Strong numerical and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and process all transactions within the workflow system, including incoming communications such as email.
• Validate all accounting and non-accounting transactions and ensure timely posting of these transactions.
• File electronically documents as needed and post transactions including banking, journals and check requests.
• Compile documents and reconciliations as required by the team and provide backup coverage as needed.
