Qualifications

• Experience in loss prevention or retail asset protection preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to train and develop associates in shortage reduction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deterrent to dishonest behaviors with a command presence and professional appearance.
• Maintain a safe, secure store with attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Engage positively with customers and associates in high-risk shortage areas.
• Document indicators of external theft and report to leadership; assist in addressing large-scale theft.
• Support store leadership with audits, POS monitoring, and asset protection programs.
