Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent experience.
• If state/local law requires it, obtain salesperson license within 60 days of starting.
• Experience with loss prevention or asset protection is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train associates on shrink awareness and theft deterrence.
• Partner with Store and AP Leadership to identify theft trends and create action plans.
• Deliver SMART customer service and ensure staff have resources to do the same.
• Monitor entrances/exits and high-risk areas to maintain a safe store environment.
• Use surveillance and reporting tools to detect theft, fraud, and policy violations.
• Investigate criminal activity, maintain case files, and support law enforcement when needed.
