Lowe's in Peoria, AZ is seeking a Loss Prevention Manager focused on shrink reduction and safety. You will coach associates and leaders on theft deterrence, analyze trends with store leadership, and promote awareness initiatives to protect customers and assets.

This role monitors entrances, uses CCTV/EAS tools, conducts investigations, and partners with law enforcement as needed. Strong communication and compliance with laws will help you maintain a secure and safe shopping environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must obtain license within 60 days if required by jurisdiction.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and train associates on shrink awareness and theft deterrence.
• Partner with store leadership to identify theft trends and plan actions.
• Deliver SMART customer service and provide resources for staff.
• Monitor store entrances, exits and high-risk areas for safety and security.
• Audit activity with surveillance and tools to detect theft and policy violations.
• Conduct external theft apprehensions and interviews per laws.
• Investigate criminal activity, maintain case files and assist law enforcement.
• Assist in internal investigations and provide evidence as needed.
• Validate security measures and respond to alarms and triggers.
• Provide feedback on audit findings to minimize shrink and risk.
• Respond to potentially violent situations with safety and composure.
