Job summary

UNIQLO is seeking a Loss Prevention Agent in Arcadia, CA to safeguard customers and employees while supporting inventory accuracy and shrink reduction. You will report to the Loss Prevention Manager and Store Manager and serve as a safety and protection resource for the store team.

Responsibilities include training staff on LP policies, identifying shoplifters per guidelines, partnering with store leadership, and driving effective shortage reduction through audits and investigations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of computer applications including Security Software, CCTV, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local law.
• Knowledge of surveillance/security equipment and installations.
• Willingness to travel to stores within assigned area.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Train store team members on loss prevention and safety policies and procedures.
• Identify, apprehend and detain shoplifters following company guidelines.
• Build productive relationships with store leadership and associates.
• Lead awareness efforts and generate leads for internal investigations.
• Focus on proper inventory management and shortage reduction.
