Job summary

UNIQLO in Daly City, CA is hiring a Loss Prevention Supervisor responsible for maintaining a safe shopping environment, protecting inventory, and leading shortage reduction at the store level.

You will train team members on LP and safety policies, identify shoplifting risks, coordinate investigations, and partner with LP and Store Managers to ensure policy compliance and a strong loss-prevention culture.

Qualifications

• Experience with security software and CCTV systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication and knowledge of laws.

Responsibilities

• Train store team on loss prevention and safety policies.
• Identify, apprehend and detain shoplifters per company guidelines.
• Build productive relationships with store leadership and associates.
• Lead awareness efforts and generate leads for investigations.
• Monitor inventory management and educate on procedures.
• Ensure compliance with shortage reduction strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership to strengthen LP culture.
• Coordinate with LP Manager on policy adherence.
• Inspect compliance through store visits and training.
• Identify safety or loss risks and notify management.
• Assist with audits, inventory counts, and special projects.
