Job summary

UNIQLO is seeking a Loss Prevention Agent in Cherry Hill, NJ. You will lead daily loss prevention and safety initiatives under the Loss Prevention Manager to protect employees and company assets.

Responsibilities include training staff on LP policies, detaining shoplifers as needed, preparing comprehensive incident and investigative reports, and supporting audits and inventory controls. A high school diploma and 1–2 years LP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail Loss Prevention experience preferred.
• Experience in conducting investigations preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Detect and deter shoplifters according to company protocol.
• Train store employees on LP policy and safety procedures.
• Prepare incident, accident, and investigative reports.
• Assist management in investigations of policy violations.
• Support audits, inventory counts, and shortage reduction initiatives.
• Respond to alarms and incidents as needed.
