Job summary

UNIQLO Loss Prevention is responsible for maintaining a safe shopping environment for all customers and employees. The Loss Prevention Agent supports inventory management and shortage reduction, reporting to the Loss Prevention Manager and Store Manager as a safety specialist for our stores.

The role requires training team members on LP policies, identifying shoplifters, and enforcing company guidelines. It emphasizes collaboration with leadership and maintaining confidentiality in all actions.

Qualifications

• Experience with security software and CCTV systems; knowledge of safety standards.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local law governing loss prevention.
• Ability to travel to stores within the assigned area.
• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Train store team on loss prevention and safety policies.
• Identify and detain shoplifters per guidelines.
• Partner with store leadership to strengthen LP culture.
• Conduct store visits to ensure safety policy compliance.
• Assist with audits and inventory counts.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
