UNIQLO is seeking a Loss Prevention Agent in Oak Brook, IL, to oversee loss prevention and safety management alongside the Loss Prevention Manager. The role focuses on protecting employees and company assets while ensuring compliance with LP standards.

Responsibilities include training staff on LP policies, detecting shoplifting, coordinating incident reports, and supporting audits and inventory controls. The position requires adaptability, strong communication, and a willingness to work

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Ensure knowledge and adherence to LP/safety policy and standards.
• Train store employees on LP and safety procedures and ensure compliance.
• Detect and deter shoplifting according to company protocol.
• Monitor potential employee theft suspicions and address concerns with LP Manager.
• Prepare incident, accident, and investigative reports per guidelines.
• Assist management with investigations of policy and procedure violations.
• Support shortage reduction initiatives including audits and inventory counts.
• Communicate and implement remedial actions for safety concerns.
• Respond to alarm calls to resolve issues.
