UNIQLO Loss Prevention at Fast Retailing Co., Ltd. is seeking a Loss Prevention Agent to maintain a safe shopping environment and support inventory management. You will report to the Loss Prevention Manager and Store Manager and serve as a safety and protection resource for our stores.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsabilidades

• Train store team on loss prevention and safety policies and ensure compliance.
• Identify, apprehend and detain shoplifters following company guidelines.
• Build relationships with store leadership and associates.
• Lead awareness efforts and generate leads for internal investigations.
• Focus on proper inventory management and shortage reduction.
• Investigate issues and educate team on procedures.
