Job summary

UNIQLO in Concord, CA is seeking a Loss Prevention Agent to maintain a safe shopping environment, manage inventory, and reduce shortages on the sales floor.

You will report to the Loss Prevention Manager and Store Manager, train team members on safety policies, and lead efforts to identify and deter shoplifters. This role offers an hourly wage of $25.00 with opportunities for advancement every three months based on performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local law and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with surveillance equipment and security installations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and security software.

Responsibilities

• Train store team members on loss prevention and safety policies and ensure compliance.
• Identify, apprehend and detain shoplifters per company guidelines.
• Build relationships with store leadership and associates to strengthen LP culture.
• Lead awareness efforts and generate leads for internal investigations.
• Investigate inventory issues and educate team on proper procedures.
• Support audits and inventory counts.
• Ensure confidentiality at all times.
