Burlington Stores, Inc. is hiring a Shortage Control Lead in The Woodlands, TX. This role concentrates on mitigating theft and fraud while upholding a safe store environment and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will train associates, report incidents, and collaborate with store leadership to educate all teams on shortage prevention. The position requires a strong command presence, effective communication, and the ability to manage high-stress situations.

Qualifications

• Experience in loss prevention or security is a plus.
• Ability to engage with customers and associates in a professional manner.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Deter theft and fraud by maintaining a visible, confident presence in high-risk areas.
• Assist in training and developing Shortage Control Associates.
• Conduct store audits and monitor POS transactions to support asset protection.
• Gather indicators of external theft and report to store leadership and local authorities as needed.
• Support inventory activities and collaborate with store leadership on shortage reduction initiatives.
