• Provide deterrence to dishonest behavior by showing command presence and proper dress.
• Keep the store safe and secure with attention to detail and strong communication.
• Engage customers and associates in high-risk areas to reduce shortages.
• Document indicators of external theft and coordinate with leadership.
• Assist in onboarding and training of associates in shortage reduction.
• Support inventory process and internal controls including store audits.
• Model safety as a top priority; adapt to a flexible schedule.
