Job summary

The Exchange is seeking a dedicated Loss Prevention Manager to monitor and administer safety, environmental and security programs at assigned exchanges. This management role leads investigations and audits, writes reports, and coordinates with local police on theft prosecutions.

Qualifications

• Two years of loss prevention or management experience.
• Experience in conducting investigation/audits and report writing preferred.
• Or Bachelor's degree and loss prevention or management experience; investigation/audits and report writing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts internal/external inquiries involving pilferage, fraud, waste, abuse, misconduct, incidents, and monitor e-commerce transactions.
• Supervises OSHA, environmental, and loss prevention inspections; implements LP program modifications.
• Interviews, obtains statements, and prepares case reports; coordinates with police on theft prosecutions.
• Provides training to associates on new hires, profit protection, OSHA, internal controls.
• Oversees equipment management including CCTV, EAS, safety products, vehicles.
