Job summary

PAQ, Inc. seeks a Senior Agent, Loss Prevention (LP) to lead loss prevention efforts across store operations.

This on-site role requires a proven track record in preventing theft, fraud, and errors, with the ability to train and mentor staff while coordinating with store management and law enforcement as needed. You will conduct surveillance-based investigations, review CCTV footage, prepare incident reports, and ensure compliant application of company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading loss prevention teams and coaching agents.
• Strong observation skills to detect suspicious activity and security threats.
• Ability to communicate professionally with suspects, customers, and store staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist LP Supervisor in overseeing daily loss prevention activities.
• Onboard and train new LP staff and provide ongoing coaching.
• Lead store patrols, monitor surveillance, and respond to incidents of theft or fraud.
• Investigate incidents by reviewing CCTV, interviewing witnesses, and documenting findings.
• Collaborate with store management and law enforcement when needed.
• Prepare incident reports and recommendations for the LP Supervisor.
