• Maintain a safe, secure store with attention to detail and good communication.
• Engage with customers and associates to promote loss prevention and service quality.
• Display strong knowledge of shortage areas and programs to identify theft.
• Document indicators of external theft and coordinate with store/field leadership and law enforcement as needed.
• Support store management with internal controls, audits, POS monitoring, and shortage reduction initiatives.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training for shortage reduction programs.
