Qualifications

• Salesperson license per local rules; license or exam within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train associates on shrink awareness and theft deterrence.
• Partner with Store and AP Leadership to identify theft trends and actions.
• Deliver SMART customer service and ensure resources.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure store environment.
• Monitor activity to detect theft, fraud, and policy violations.
• Conduct external theft apprehensions and interviews per laws.
• Investigate and resolve criminal activity; support law enforcement.
• Assist in internal investigations and provide evidence.
• Validate store security measures and respond to triggers.
• Provide feedback on audits and minimize shrink and risk.
• Respond to potentially violent situations with safety and composure.
• Role may include additional duties as needed.
