Responsibilities

Provide timely, courteous and knowledgeable service to customers.
Engage customers, providing support and creating a positive shopping environment.
Deterrent to theft through engagement and a professional and knowledgeable presence.
Observe accurate checkout procedures for customers and Associates.
Communicate shrink-related concerns to Store Management and Loss Prevention.
Support store shrink reduction goals and programs.
Promote a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
Follows through on commitments; accomplishes goals with minimum supervision.
