Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Loss Prevention Specialist to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and associates.

You will greet shoppers, monitor entrances and the selling floor, deter theft, and enforce store procedures in Ross’s distinctive, value-driven environment. Collaborating with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention teams, you will help minimize shortages, respond to incidents, and ensure compliance with company policies while upholding our commitment to diversity,

Qualifications

• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent Customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible security presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor.
• Monitor for theft indicators and deter opportunity for loss.
• Assist Store Leadership with compliance to Loss Prevention directives.
• Support efforts to minimize operational shortages and protect ross treasure.
