Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail supervision or equivalent training.
• Experience in loss prevention or security settings.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with customers and team.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with store team.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
• Compliance with applicable laws and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure store environment for associates and customers.
• Provide visible presence at entrances/exits and on the sales floor.
• Deterrence of theft and monitoring of code 50 procedures.
• Collaborate with Store Leadership to minimize loss and follow LP directives.
• Assist with shortage reduction initiatives and proper checkout procedures.
