Burlington is seeking a Shortage Control Associate to help create a secure shopping environment while delivering excellent customer service. You will stand at store entrances, greet customers, and help reduce theft through awareness and program knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or loss prevention.
• Ability to stand, walk and monitor the store environment for extended periods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to greet customers confidently.

Responsabilités

• Monitor store entrances/exits to deter theft and maintain safety.
• Greet customers with a warm, loud, friendly greeting and eye contact.
• Identify theft incidents or suspicious activity and report to Manager on Duty.
• Provide shortage reduction program knowledge and train associates as needed.
