Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and secure environment for Associates and Customers.
• Provides visible presence at entrances/exits and on the sales floor.
• Gathers theft indicators and relays information to leadership.
• Supports Loss Prevention initiatives and compliance with directives.
• Trains Associates on shortage reduction initiatives.
• Ensures professional appearance and adherence to dress code.
