Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence at store entrances/exits; deter theft and ensure safety.
• Provide great customer service with greetings and eye contact.
• Partner with Store Leadership to comply with Loss Prevention directives.
• Monitor for potential safety issues and ensure safe egress.
• Support Loss Prevention initiatives and minimize shortages.
