Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and high‑risk areas to reduce theft opportunities
• Greet every customer with a warm, energetic greeting and maintain a positive demeanor
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty
• Assist store leadership in shortage reduction programs and associate training
• Communicate effectively with customers and co‑workers to ensure a safe shopping environment
