Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations.
• Stand and walk for extended periods and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to review, analyze and comprehend business trends.
• Maintain a positive demeanor, strong posture, and energetic greeting.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with disciplined decision making.
• Excellent communication with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrance for the entire shift to reduce theft and shoplifting.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious individuals to the Manager on Duty.
• Greet customers warmly and maintain a secure, supervised store environment.
• Support training of associates on shortage reduction programs.
